We used SMC’s portfolio management services and their demat services for 2 years. Despite tall promises, their performance has been far worse than the Sensex / Nifty - consistently for 2 years. Apart from the huge losses that we incurred, we also paid significant amount for their portfolio management and demat services (as per our contract) and felt extremely disappointed. We expected them to reverse some of their fee in order to compensate us for the pathetic investment management services, but they did not feel embarrassed enough to do so.
Pls do not consider them for any service.
